The service
Medflect is a personal AI-generated meditation creation tool operated by Flection Labs. By using Medflect you agree to these terms.
Purchases
All purchases are one-time payments for a single Medflection at your chosen duration. Once generated and delivered, your Medflection is yours to keep forever. We do not offer refunds on completed generations. If your generation fails due to a technical error on our end, we will regenerate it at no additional cost.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Medflect to generate content that is harmful, abusive, or illegal. You are responsible for the personal context you provide. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.
Not medical advice
Medflect is a personal wellness tool and is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis please contact a qualified professional or emergency services.
Intellectual property
Your Medflection is generated uniquely for you. You own the right to personal use of your generated audio. You may not resell, redistribute, or claim authorship of AI-generated content.
Liability
Flection Labs provides Medflect as-is. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
